Only applicants with at least 5 years’ UK experience working as a nanny in a private home and hold a current DBS and Paediatric First Aid certificate, together with a fully verifiable employment history will be considered.
If applicable please send us your CV along with a covering letter and a description of the role you are seeking, your salary expectations and any other information you feel may be relevant. We will then check your suitability for registering with our agency.
If your application is accepted we will have a brief telephone screening with you prior to meeting with us in person for your full registration interview.

We will prepare a brief profile which will be in addition to your CV. This is sent to parents offering nanny vacancies which could be of interest you and that we believe would be suitable. You can also keep an eye on our website or call the office to gain more information on any other roles. Please remember to quote the job code given.
As soon as possible after an interview with The London Nanny Company, we will contact your referees for verification of their written references.
We will contact you if the family is interested in learning more about you and arrange a date and time for an interview that is mutually convenient.
The family will contact us to provide feedback from your interview. We also ask that you call us as soon as convenient after the interview and let us know how you felt the interview went and advise us of your interest in the position. If everyone is happy you may be invited for a follow up interview to meet the second parent and possibly the child/children. Sometimes a trial might be in order to ensure all concerned are making the right decision. An offer may be made either at interview or after further discussions with our agency.
